This is our monthly Phoenix Area Real Estate Market update for May 2020.

The dynamics in the real estate market are always changing. These last couple of weeks they have been quite dramatic. One curious fact is that if you are a Buyer and did not buy last year, it is still not too late - prices went up, but interest rates went down, and the monthly payments on a $300,000 loan (P+I) can be lower than what they were last year at this time. And if you are a Seller, and did not sell last year, it is still a Seller's market, trending higher.
